Ok Crew,

Thrilled to have you all on the bus trip to the rally.  This is the first time we've done something like this as a club, so hopefully it goes off well and we can do more events as a club as time goes on. We have a few open seats left on the bus, so if you have friends considering coming, make sure they email me ASAP and get all the details.

I wanted to make sure everyone that has signed up knows the latest details. 

Itinerary:
9:00am - Promptly Depart Long Beach area (Willow St Metro Blue Line Station)
11:00am - Arrive at Pizza Port - Carlsbad for beer tasting and Lunch
12:30pm - Depart Pizza Port for Stone Brewing
1:00pm - Arrive Stone Brewing Co for AHA rally
4:00pm - Depart Stone Brewing
4:30pm - Arrive at The Lost Abbey Brewing Co for beer tasting
5:30?pm - Depart Lost Abbey
~8:00pm - Arrive Long Beach

The Pickup/Dropoff location is the Metro station on the corner of Willow St and Long Beach Blvd. CLICK HERE FOR MAP Park in the structure and meet in the turnaround spot near the Health Clinic on the East side of the parking Structure. 

Please arrive at about 8:45AM to check in and pay if you have not done so already!!!  We will be leaving at 9:00AM promptly, so DON'T BE LATE!

You are more than welcome (encouraged even!) to bring snacks, treats, and homebrew to share on the bus.  We will have a keg of beer on the bus as well, but we always like delicious homebrew!

Our beer tasting is included at Lost Abbey and Port Brewing, but if you're interested in purchasing more beer on site (for drinking or taking home), please make sure you have cash.

If you have not RSVP'd for the Stone AHA Rally through the AHA website, please do so HERE.

Also, if you are not a member of the AHA, remember that if you sign up at the Rally, you get a discount on your membership fee, so it's a good idea to do so, just remember to bring your cash for that!  Existing AHA members are all set.
